All add-ons are quoted per dog. If we spot something that needs an add-on on-site, we'll text you a heads-up and only proceed once you approve it.
Please read these before booking. You'll be asked to acknowledge the waiver at checkout — it covers everyone we serve and keeps your dog (and our team) safe.
We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or end service at any time — including on arrival — if a dog is unsafe to handle, visibly ill, in heat, or if the environment is unsafe for our team. Booking fee is non-refundable in those cases.
Please disclose any history of biting, resource guarding, leash reactivity, or fear aggression before booking. Undisclosed aggression that results in a handler injury triggers the bite fee and forfeits future bookings.
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your slot to avoid the no-show fee. We wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup address before marking the appointment as a no-show.
If we cannot return your dog because no authorized person is reachable, an hourly holding fee applies. After 4 hours we will transport the dog to the nearest partner boarding facility or animal control at the owner's expense.
All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Dogs showing signs of contagious illness (kennel cough, parvo, ringworm, active fleas) will be sent home and the visit will be billed as a no-show.
Owners assume all risk for pre-existing conditions, hidden injuries, or behavioral incidents not disclosed at booking. By checking the waiver at checkout you authorize emergency veterinary care at your expense if we cannot reach you.
